The Sidney-Shelby County Health Department works to prevent illness, promote health, and protect those who live, work, and visit our community.
Inspection reports for food facilities are available in electronic format by clicking below. The two most recent inspections will be available. If you would like older inspections please contact the Sidney-Shelby Co. Health Department.
Inspection reports reflect the conditions observed at the time the inspector was in the facility. For each facility, the type and number of violations can vary from inspection to inspection. It is important to look at multiple inspection reports for a facility to help gain an understanding of the facility’s approach and commitment to safety and sanitation.
